Cancellation Policy
For Clients
- 24+ hours before class: Cancel for full studio credit, valid toward any future class.
- Less than 24 hours before class: Studio credit only — no cash refund. Credit is valid 90 days.
- No-shows: Forfeit full payment. No credit issued.
For Studio (Class Minimums)
- Minimum to run a class: 3 confirmed paid registrations.
- Cancellation by studio: If fewer than 3 are registered, we may cancel up to 12 hours before class. You'll receive full studio credit or a refund.
- Inside 12-hour window: If minimum is already met, the class runs regardless of final headcount.
